So, when you find our honey-pot on your table and you open it you can smell the perfume of the mountain’s herbs, wildflower, melilotus, thyme, stachis, savory and siderites …and above all you’d imagine that while bees are working, while they picking up the nectar, there are a bear, a wolf, a deer, a chamois or an eagle keeping them company.
